4 INSTRUCTIONS

NLR ERS3 HYPERCOOL ASSEMBLY

A)
WARNING: Make sure both Seat Recliner Arms are set to the same angle before
assembling the seat. If an adjustment is required use a cloth to protect your
hand while adjusting. Remove warning labels once adjustment has been made.
A) Align the threaded inserts on the Seat Backrest with the mounting holes on the Seat Recliners.

B) Bolt through and secure with the M8 Bolts and Washers.

A) Align the mounting hole on the Seat Base Recliner Covers with the Seat Recliners.

B) Bolt through and secure with 2 x M5 12mm Pan Head Screws and press fit the Bolt Covers to cover the hole.

A) Align the mounting hole on the Back Rest Recliner Covers with the Seat Recliners.

B) Bolt through and secure with 2 x M5 16mm Bolts and press fit the Bolt Covers to cover the hole.

NOTE: Uninstall the M8
Dome Shaped Bolts and
Washers pre-installed on
the Seat Back.
