• If you tighten the screw to a measurement that is too large, the screw may become overstressed,
cracked, damaged, etc. Before starting a work, be sure to perform an evaluation to determine the
measurements of your tightening screws.
• When using a torque above 30Nm for a long time, it is recommended to use it with a reaction arm.
• When using a large torque of 60Nm or more, it is recommended to turn on the EPS operation to
prevent personnel from spraining their hands. If the EPS is not turned on, please use appropriate
reaction arm to ensure the safety of the operator and improve comfort during long-term work.
Fastening torque is affected by many factors such as the following
1. The way holding the tool or the material of the workpiece will affect torque.
2. Not using the correct size socket to fasten the screws。

• Even if the torque coefficients and grades of bolts are the same, the allowable
tightening torque is different depending on the diameter.

NOTE
Strongly recommend to turn on EPS function if applied torque over 60Nm. This is to
prevent injury caused by reaction force from the high torque. In the case of not using EPS, operate with
mechanical arm or reaction arm instead.
