20. Torque Calibration
User may calibrate the coefficient value ranged from
80% to 120% complied with their torque tester. The
default is 100%. Press
to adjust compensation value. Press
EXIT.
Torque calibration mode provides an intuitive method
for torque compensation, aligning tool with your trusted
reference standard. If the torque output value displayed
on your power tool panel is steadily lower than the
torque value displayed on the torque meter, gradually
decrease the Calibration Ratio to align; in the opposite
case, increase the Calibration Ratio.
21. Accumulated Count
This screen indicates totally accumulated count in the
tool.
22. Shunt Value & Wireless Mode
Left screen indicates Shunt value.
Right screen indicates wireless mode in the tool.
Operation
The allowable tightening torque varies depending on the type and size of the screw/bolt
and the material of the workpiece to be locked. During operation, hold the tool firmly,
and then press the power switch of the tool to start operation. The tool will
automatically stop when the target torque is reached.
Note:
• When tightening M8 screws or smaller locking objects, the torque must be reduced or a low-torque
tool model must be used to prevent the screws from being broken.
• When tightening screws, aim the tool bolt upright at the screw.
