Display Screen Description in Detail
There are three sections in RV2053-WR series display: one primary on the top, and two
secondary on the left and right bottom of the display.
1. Main Display Screen
Power on the tool and run the screen
Primary section: shows latest peak torque (torque
strategy) or latest peak angle (angle strategy) with
battery level and units.
Secondary left: shows OK or NG depends on set control
limit of torque or angle.
Secondary right: show latest cycle number of setting
gang count.
2. Setting
This screen indicates "Setting". User may enter to set all
function and parameters.
3. Enter Password
This screen indicates "Password". Press password and
to enter EDIT mode. The default is 0000. If the display
is locked the tool parameters cannot be edited.
4. Strategy
This screen indicates which strategy being used. There
are torque and angle strategies for choice. Press
enter EDIT mode. Press
strategy (may refer to Pattern of Fastening). Press
SAVE and EXIT.
Torque strategy is tool's default shut-off condition. Tool
will shut-off when setting torque is reached. If angle
strategy is active, the tool will turn additional setting
angle degree to shut-off after setting torque reached.
