Setting the Timer to turn one or more
Cooking Zones Off
1. Select the relevant cooking zone which
is working by touching the zone selec-
tion key.
2. Press the timer key. When the symbol
flashes, you can set the timer.

alize the setting of timing from 1 to 99
minutes.

HINT: Touch the
once will decrease or increase by 1 minute.
Touch and hold the
timer will decrease or increase by 10 min-
utes. Touching the
timer is cancelled, and the timer indicator
will turn off.
4. When the time is set, it will begin to count
down immediately. The display will show
the remaining time and the timer indicator
flash for 5 seconds.
NOTE: The dot
cator will illuminate indicating that zone is
selected.
5. When cooking timer expires, the corre-
sponding cooking zone will be switch off
automatically.
6. When using the timer as a "Minute Mind-
er" and as a "Switch-off timer" simultane-
ously", the display will show the remain-
ing time of the "Minute Minder" as first
priority. Press the corresponding cooking
zone selection key to see the remaining
time until it switches off.

Remove any residues of food and drops of
grease from the cooking surface by using
the special scraper supplied on request.
Clean the heated area as thoroughly as
possible using suitable products, and a
cloth/paper, then rinse with water and dry
with a clean cloth.
Using the special scraper immediately re-
move any fragments of aluminium and plas-
tic material that have unintentionally melted
on the heated cooking area, or residues of
sugar or food with a high sugar content.
In this way, any damage to the cooktop sur-
face can be prevented. Under no circum-
stances should abrasive sponges, or cor-
rosive chemical detergents, such as oven
sprays or stain removers, be used.
WARNING: Steam cleaners must not be
used.
