Using the Keep Warm Function
1. Touch the zone selection key that you
wish to use keep warm function. The
symbol will light up.
2. Touch the keep warm key and hold for
3 seconds. The symbol
cooking zone indicator.
3. If you want to cancel the keep warm, se-
lect the cooking zone you wish to operate
and then touch the keep warm key and
hold for 3 seconds. The cooking zone will
turn off.
Using the Pause Function
The Pause function can be used to pause
the operation of the entire cooking hob for
up to 30 minutes. All cooking zones will
temporarily switch off automatically. This is
convenient when, for example, the contents
of one of the pans has boiled over and you
wish to clean the cooking hob.
1. When the hob is ON and working, press
the pause key and hold for 3 seconds. All
zones will stop working and the symbol
will appear in all LED zone indicators.
2. If you want to exit the pause function,
double click the relevant key and all burn-
ers will restore to their prior suspended
state. All timers will continue to their pre-
set settings.
Using Child Lock Function
The hob can be locked against unintended
activation. (i.e. from children). Child lock
can be used either when the hob is Off or
functioning.
To lock the controls
Touch the child lock key and hold for 3 sec-

ATTENTION! When the hob is in the lock
mode, all the controls are disabled except

Over-Temperature Protection
A temperature sensor equipped can mon-
itor the temperature inside the Induction
hob. When an excessive temperature is
monitored, the Induction hob will stop op-
eration automatically.
Detection of Small Articles
When an unsuitable size or non-magnetic
pan (e.g. aluminium), or some other small
item (e.g. knife, fork, key) has been left on the
hob, the hob automatically go on to standby
in 1 minute. The fan will keep cooking down
the induction hob for a further 1 minute.
Auto Shutdown Protection
Auto shut down is a safety protection function
for your induction hob. It shut down automat-
ically if ever you forget to turn off your cook-
ing. The default working times for various
power levels are shown in the below table:

When the pot is removed, the induction hob
can stop heating immediately and the hob
automatically switch off after 2 minutes.
