The gas contained in foam polystyrene for thermal insulation of the cabinet is (R134A).
Oscartielle equips its plug-in cabinets with the following types of refrigerating gasses:
R 134a; GWP
= 1300
(100)
R 404A; GWP
= 3750
(100)
This unit is hermetically sealed and the refrigerating gas load is under 3 kg.
For this reason it is not subject to the requisite of an installation booklet and periodic inspections for leakage of the
refrigerating gas (presidential Decree no. 147 of February 15th 2006, Art. 3 and 4).
16 – Manufacturer's declaration (no starting up)
The models described above are manufactured also to be assembled with other machinery to obtain a new machinery as
specified by EEC directive 89/392.
Therefore the manufacturer declares that it is not allowed to start up the machinery until the machinery which it will be
incorporated in, or which will become part of, is declared as complying with the conditions of EEC directive 89/392 and
national laws transposing the same directive, in other words until the machinery which this declaration refers to, will make up
a whole with the final machinery.
17 - Multiplexing
To obtain the multiplexing between two (or more) Sweet STD cabinets, follow the instructions indicated below and refer to
Page 7, Fig. 28:
1. Draw the cabinets close and adjust the feet, to obtain a perfect alignment (Ref. 1)
2. Insert two metal pins D.4x40 in the aluminium profile on basin front (Ref. 2)
3. Hook basements using four threaded bars M8x125 and relevant eight nuts and eight washers (Ref. 3)
4. Draw working shelves and join them using a screw M5 on the back and a screw M8x60 on the front (Ref.4)
5. Join basins using two screws M8x60 and their nuts (Ref.5)
6. Align lower crystal supports and join them by a screw M4 and its nut (Ref. 6).
7. Stick rubber gaskets as shown in the drawing. Put the shelf on top of the two cabinets, screw it to the working shelf (with
screws for wood and their stoppers for finishing) and to the basin (by 4 self-perforating screws). Now it is possible to
install the canopies fixing them to the shelf by two self-perforating screws (Ref. 7).
8. Position crystals as described at point 5.
To obtain the multiplexing between two (or more) Sweet LX cabinets, follow the instructions indicated hereunder and refer to
Pag. 7, Fig. 29:
1. Draw the cabinets close and adjust the feet, in order to obtain a perfect alignment (Ref. 1).
2. Insert 2 metal pins D.4x40 in the aluminium profile on basin front (Ref. 2).
3. Hook basements using four threaded bars M8x125 and relevant eight nuts and eight washers (Ref. 3).
4. Draw working shelves and join them using a screw M5 (Ref. 4).
5. Join basins using two screws M8x60 and their nuts (Ref. 5).
6. Fix the two risers between them, using the threaded bar M6x45 and its boss (Ref. 6).
