Operation
– For functions that do not allow tem-
perature adjustment, press the func-
tion wheel to confirm the function se-
lection.
– For functions that allow temperature
adjustment, press the function wheel.
The temperature indicator will flash.
Turn the function wheel to adjust the
desired temperature.
– Press the function wheel again to
confirm.
If no confirmation happens in 10
seconds, the appliance returns to
standby mode.
When the oven is in operation:
– The symbol is constantly illuminated
on the display Time/cooking time (11).
– The display shows the countdown of the
cooking time.
– The currently selected function is con-
stantly illuminated in the mode display
(8).
Temperature indicator:
– The temperature indicator (10) shows
the current temperature in real time.
– The lowest value of the temperature in-
dicator is 30 °C. At lower values, the
temperature indicator shows Lo °C.
– Shortly before the temperature in the
oven reaches the desired temperature, a
signal tone sounds for 2 seconds.
When countdown reaches 0:
– The oven stops cooking.
– The fan remains in operation until the
temperature in the oven has fallen below
100 °C.
Pausing, resuming and
stopping oven operation
In order to
– interrupt operation, press the function
wheel (9).
The temperature indicator (10) flashes
to indicate that the oven is no longer
heating.
– resume operation, press the function
wheel.
– stop operation, press and hold the func-
tion wheel. The oven is now in standby
mode.
The opening of the oven door
has no influence on the opera-
tion of the oven, unless the oven
operates with a start time delay.
In this case, the oven stops heat-
ing as soon as the door is
opened and continues heating as
soon as the door is closed again.
Changing temperature during
operation

You can change the temperature before
cooking and during cooking:
– Press the function wheel (9).
– The oven pauses operation and the tem-
perature indicator (10) flashes.
– Turn the function wheel until the temper-
ature indicator shows the desired tem-
perature.
– Press the function wheel again to con-
firm. The oven resumes operation.
External cooling fan/vapour
extractor
The external cooling fan will cool the steam
emanating from the oven and grill and will
prevent adjacent furniture from becoming
too hot.
