• After cleaning the pipe, return the grip to the R-position. The spiral shaft is retracted.
• Release the on/off switch
• Set the forward/reverse switch to 0- position
If a spiral shaft has become caught in the pipe, i.e. neither pipe cleaning can be carried
out nor the spiral shaft can be pulled out. Proceed as follows:
• Press the forward/reverse switch to R.
• Move the handle forward to pull out the spiral shaft.
There are many possibilities how the pipe can be blocked. Keep a close eye on the
spiral shaft during operation. If the device is twisted or blocked, stop it immediately.
Perform different actions according to the situation. If the pipe cannot be cleaned, you
should contact a specialist.Never force a cleaning procedure.
Have your device serviced only by a qualified technician and with original
spare parts. This ensures the reliability of the device and prevents equipment
damage.
Injuries to fingers, hands, arms or other parts of the body can be caused if clot-
hes or gloves are pulled into the rotating parts. Switch the device to OFF

Charging the battery

• Insert the charging plug into the socket on the charger. When the connection is con-
nected, signal lights light up red (Fig. 10 next page).
• When the battery is charged, the signal lights turn green.
