The device has a protruding operating handle to operate the automatic retraction and
extension mechanism, which causes the flexible spiral shaft to advance and retract
automatically. The manual work is reduced.
Risk of injury to operating personnel and others. Never assemble or disas-
semble the battery during operation.

Cleaning a pipe

Risk of injury! Only use suitable protective gloves when handling the device!
• Place the device opposite the pipe opening at a distance of less than 150 mm.
• Do not place the front end of the unit too close to the pipe.
Too much distance can lead to twisting and knotting of the spiral shaft. If the distance
is too small, the spiral shaft can no longer be observed well (Fig. 9).
