6.1.4. OTHER OVEN FUNCTIONS
● RECENT:
This function is used to select, from a list, one of the most recently used programs.
From the main Oven screen, press the icon
● FAST PRE HEAT
This function is used to preheat the oven quickly.
Note: It will not be possible to start cooking until the preheating reaches the set value. However, it will be possible to deactivate preheating at any time to start programming.
● FAST PRE-HEAT - Complete Instructions
Activate:
From the main oven screen, press the Fast Pre Heat icon
where it is possible to set the desired preheating temperature. Press the (START) button
to start preheating. To return to the previous screen, press
Change temperature:
It is possible to change the temperature to be reached at any time on the main oven
screen by pressing the

Alternatively, it is possible to set the new temperature using the Selector; to enter the
Selector screen, press on the number of the temperature indicator, in this case 180. To
return to the previous screen, press

Press the number of the temperature indicator

Fast pre Heat states:
FAST PRE HEAT IS ACTIVE (but has NOT reached the temperature): the oven icon will
change
and the FAST PER HEAT icon will change accordingly
. Entering the program management menu above the warning button the
following icon will be displayed:
FAST PRE HEAT IS ACTIVE (and has reached the temperature): the oven icon will
change
and the FAST PER HEAT icon will change accordingly

When the oven has reached the desired temperature, the display will automatically offer
two choices: STOP or HOLD.
STOP: Fast Pre Heat is deactivated so it will be possible to set the desired program.
HOLD: the oven will remain at the set temperature for 20min.
Note: If the user does not intervene, the oven maintains the temperature for 20 minutes
after which it exits the function.
