Search for „e-Health" in your AppStore or Google PlayStore and install it on your
Android or iOS device, or scan the barcode below.

2. Start the App
Start the app and click on „Sign up now" to register an account. You need a valid e-mail
address for this step. In case you already have an account, you can login by using your
e-mail address and password. After that you can set up your user profile.
