Drive belt replacement
First of all carry out the operations indicated in the chapter "Protection belt replacement".
7) Remove the colored tape from the top surface of the carriage.
8) Untighten and remove the 4 screws holding the inner part
of the carriage (Fig. 7)
9) Slide the top carriage in order to have access to the inner
part. Untight the screws and lift the part which has been
released (Fig. 8)
10) Remove the protection caps on the fixing screws and loosen
the A set screws (Fig. 9).
11) Remove the screw of the belt tensioner (Fig. 10).
12) Untighten the 4 screws on the idle head plate (see Fig. 11).
13) Separate the idle head from the profile and remove the
pulley (Fig. 12).

14) Remove the safety block (Fig. 13).
15) Move the inner carriage to the end of the profile, remove
the belt-tightening screws and remove the belt (Fig. 14).
16) Separate the driving head from the profile untightening
the 4 screws (Fig. 15)
17) Remove the safety block on this side as well (Fig. 13).
18) Move the inner carriage to the end of the profile and
remove the belt tightening screws (Fig. 14).
19) The belt can be removed.
Replace and then re-assemble performing the above
operations in reverse order.
