1) Remove the front panel on both ends by untightening the
front screws (Fig. 2).
2) Disassemble the inner block on both ends of the carriage
(Fig. 3).
3) Remove the cover from the idle head loosening only the
4 outer screws. (Fig. 4).
4) Free the belt from the drive head disassembling the lock
plate (Fig. 5).
5) Remove the screws and nuts that fix the belt to the
block/plate (Fig. 6).
6) Remove the protection belt from the unit
Replace and then re-assemble performing the above
operations in reverse order.
