Filled big patties
1. Place the large lifting base in the large patty former.
2. Fill the patty former halfway with minced meat or plant-based alternatives.
3. Open the upper part of the 2 in 1 pusher with a rotary motion to receive a
smaller pusher (OPEN – CLOSE).
4. Use the resulting small pusher to make a depression in the patty.
5. Fill the depression with the desired ingredients (e.g. cheese, vegetables, herbs).
6. Cover the filled depression with minced meat or plant-based alternatives.
7. Reassemble the large bottom cover on the 2 in 1 pusher by turning the top part
of the pusher in the "CLOSE" direction. Use the pusher to push the mixture down.
8. Lift up the 2 in 1 pusher with handle and push the lifting base with the patty out
of the patty former. Carefully remove the patty from the lifting base. In case the
patty sticks, please rub the patty former with vegetable oil.
AFTER USE
CLEANING
NOTE
Clean the appliance after each use to keep it in a safe and hygienic working condition.
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
• Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, strong chemicals, alkali, abrasive or
disinfecting agents as they may damage its surface.
• Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids to clean it. Make sure
that no water enters the motor unit while cleaning it and that the electrical parts
do not become wet or damp.
• Never clean the motor unit in the dishwasher.
• Clean the motor unit with a soft damp cloth and a little mild detergent. Wipe
with a soft, dry cloth.
• Rinse all parts besides the motor unit to remove residual food. Then wash them
in warm water with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Rinse with warm water
again and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Any food residue from the grinding
discs is best removed with a dishwashing brush.
ATTENTION: Only clean the worm, worm housing, fixing ring and filling tray
by hand. Cleaning in the dishwasher will discolour and damage the aluminum,
which is no reason for complaint due to improper cleaning.

• Be careful when cleaning the sharp crossed-blade knife and worm housing. To
avoid injuries, the cleaning water should be very clear, so that you can see the
crossed-blade knife when washing it.
• The stainless steel grinding discs and the crossed-blade knife can also be cleaned
in a dishwasher. However, to maintain sharpness, we recommend hand washing
the crossed-blade knife.
• We advise to lubricate the crossed-blade knife and grinding discs with some
vegetable oil regularly.
• The appliance may only be used again after it is dried completely.
STORAGE
• Before storage, always make sure that the appliance is completely dry, cooled
down and clean.
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and out of the
reach of children.
• Preferably store the appliance in its original packaging.
TROUBLESHOOTING
