CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! Keep the dust container (12) level under regular control. An over昀椀lled container re-
duces vacuuming e昀케ciency, increases energy consump琀椀on and causes the 昀椀lters to become
dirty more quickly.
CAUTION! Do not submerge the vacuum cleaner, ba琀琀ery charger and ba琀琀ery in water!
CAUTION! To achieve the best possible performance of the vacuum cleaner, clean the 昀椀lters
and the dust container a昀琀er each use.
CAUTION! Maintenance work must be carried out with the vacuum cleaner switched o昀昀 and
the charging cable disconnected!
1. Clean the outer surfaces of the vacuum
cleaner with a damp cloth and then wipe
it dry. Use a mild cleaning agent for stub-
born dirt.
2. In order to empty the dust container, move
the key to the le昀琀 and then turn the con-
tainer up (昀椀g. 7).
3. Remove 昀椀lters from the dust container
(steel-mesh 昀椀lter, EPA 昀椀lter) and then emp-
ty the container over the dust bin. Clean
all the 昀椀lters gently under running water and dry them thoroughly before assembling them in the
vacuum cleaner. You must not submerge the dust container in water as this may result in damaging
the vacuum cleaner. Dry the container with a dry cloth (昀椀g. 8).
