- It is important to rotate the turntable slightly to facilitate the engagement of the bead.
- For easier bead coupling, it might be very helpful to move the bead breaker disc up-
wards on the lower part of the tyre.
- To perform this, use control .
3) Upper bead demounting (fig. 31 - 32)
- Check that the tool is correctly coupled with the tyre bead.
- Operate the control valve to get the machine ready for the subsequent de-
mounting operation (performed with the wheel at a standstill and not rotating).
- Make sure that the tyre has not beaded in on the operator's side. If necessary, use a
bead clamp and/or the bead pressing device.
