3) Applying the lower bead breaker.
- Operate the lever
bead breaking unit to raise the unit from the
rest position to the working position (Fig. 23).
A gap of 2-3 mm should be left between the
edge of the wheel and the bead breaker disc.
The correct horizontal position of the lower arm is attained automatically when
the upper arm is positioned correctly
4) Breaking the lower bead.
- Operate the lever to preload the bead breaker disc (fig. 23).
A preload compressing the tyre by approximately 5 mm is recommended.
- Press the lower
