3.1 | UNPACKING AND INSPECTING THE CONTENTS
In the packaging of machines with the high-dump grass catcher, you will find:
(1) Wooden pallet
(2) Ramps (attention – these are not included!)
(3) Grass catcher - disassembled
(4) Front ballast and clutch covers

3.6.3 High-dump grass catcher
For transportation reasons, the grass catcher has been disassembled and it is necessary to reassemble
it after unpacking it. Reassemble as follows:
Start up the machine and using the "UP-DOWN" rocker switch, slide the carrier (5)
up the rails in order to gain access to the plexiglass cover (4). It is necessary to hold
down the switch for the grass catcher to move. Releasing the switch will stop the
movement of the grass catcher in any position of the grass catcher on the rails. Then
turn off the machine.
Slide the service rod (3) out of the holder and insert it into the hole in the moving

rails to prevent the mobile frame from sliding down during the installation of the
grass catcher.
Then remove the plexiglass cover (4).
Screw the grass catcher bracket (8) to the carrier. For this purpose, use four M10×20
bolts that you will screw into the M10 nuts pressed into the frame of the bracket.
3.6.3b
Attach the electric bundle to the bracket underneath the grass catcher presence
sensor (9) using two M4×8 bolts and two M4 nuts. Connect the main part of the
bundle to sensor (9) and connect the thinner end of the bundle into the full grass
catcher sensor (6). Prepare the remaining power plug with double-connector for

connection to the linear motor, see step 3.6.3f. INFO: Always connect the cables to
the edge connectors on the sensors.
Place the grass catcher (11) on to the bracket and attach it to the bracket on the
underside using two M12×16 bolts and connecting poles with threaded holes (the
pole is a part of the grass catcher).
3.6.3d
Slide stirrup clamp on to the connecting pole and fasten it to the central pole of the
bracket using two M8x40 bolts and M8 nuts.
3.6.3e
Fasten the linear motor (10) to the arms on the underside of the grass catcher. For
this purpose, use two studs and cotter pins. Then connect the prepared cables of the
electrical bundle to the motor.
