11.0 Guarantee
Your new, state-of-the-art VAMP-X has been developed in
accordance with the latest findings in occupational physiology and
ergonomics. REFCO Manufacturing Ltd has been certified to
DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Permanent quality control checks as well as
an accurate manufacturing process guarantee reliable functionality
and are the basis for the REFCO guarantee, in accordance with the
General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery applicable on the
day of delivery. Excluded from the guarantee are damage caused by
obvious maltreatment and wear and tear.

Corrective Action
Check the electrical supply to the
pump. If the electrical supply is
good, replace the pump.
Check that the sensor is flat, i.e.
horizontal and not tilted over from
back to front or from side to side.
Check the optical sensor for
contamination and clean, if
necessary, as instructed in the
«Maintenance» section of this
manual.
Check the suction and discharge
tube for blockages or kinks. Replace
the tube if necessary.
