RECHARGING THE BATTERIES
DANGER:
•
Keep plastic and cardboard product packaging and wrappings out of the reach
of children. Dispose of them in accordance with current plastics and paper
recycling regulations.
•
Keep all packaging away from your mouth.
•
The rechargeable battery charger is not a toy, and under no circumstances can
or should it be made available to children (persons under 14 years of age) in
playful activities.
•
Do not leave the battery charger near heat sources or expose it to prolonged
and continuous exposure to sunlight.
•
Do not expose the battery charger to open flames and/or weathering.
•
It is strictly prohibited to make any modifications to the product. Any damage
to persons, animals or property resulting from the use of the battery charger
improperly modified by an unauthorised person releases the manufacturer from
all liability.
•
The battery charger in question must not and cannot be made available to
children (persons under 14 years of age) in play activities, as it is not a toy.
•
Only perform the charging cycle within the specified charging temperature
range.
•
When charging the battery, attention must be paid to all dangers arising from
electric current.
•
Do not expose the device to rain, snow or other wet situations.
•
Only use the battery charger for 24V 15A LI-ION batteries (code 8400004) or
24V 25A LI-ION batteries (code 8400005). Do not use the battery charger for
gel or acid types, this could cause dangerous explosions.
WARNING:
•
Store the battery charger, before use, inside its original packaging in a dry and
clean place, away from heat and weather.
•
Make sure that the packaging and the battery charger itself does not come into
contact with sharp edges and abrasive surfaces.
•
Avoid contact with the battery acid.
• Keep sparks, flames, and incandescent materials at a safe distance from the
battery. Explosive gases are emitted during the charging phase.
• Do not use the product if it is hot and contact the relevant service centre or the
one closest to you.
