WARRANTY
The warranty regulations, which are listed in full in the purchase contract, are only valid if the product is used under
the conditions of intended use.
With the exception of the cleaning and maintenance work described and carried out in accordance with the
procedures indicated, any repairs or modifications made to the product by the user or unauthorised firms will
invalidate the warranty.
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by inexperience or negligence in the use of the product, poor
maintenance or failure to carry out maintenance.
The products we sell are covered by warranty with regard to the device under the following conditions:

The warranty is valid for a period of 24 months.
•
The Manufacturer undertakes to replace any malfunctioning or incorrectly manufactured parts at its own
discretion, only after careful inspection and detection of poor assembly.
•
Transport and/or shipping costs are always borne by the buyer in the event of incorrect use of the warranty
terms.
•
During the warranty period, replaced products become the property of the manufacturer. Only the original
purchaser who has complied with the normal maintenance instructions in the manual may benefit from this
warranty. Our liability for the warranty expires when: the original owner transfers ownership of the product, or
modifications have been made to the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive
strain such as, for example, use of the product after the discovery of a fault, the use of unsuitable operating
methods or failure to observe the operating and maintenance instructions.
•
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any difficulties arising in resale or use abroad due to the regulations in
force in the country where the product was sold.
•
The faulty product (or part thereof) must be delivered at your own expense to the manufacturer for replacement
and will not be replaced without proof of purchase (invoice, copy of payment); otherwise the replaced part will
be charged to the purchaser.
•
The warranty does not cover problems arising from product wear and tear.

N.B.: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE METHODS OF INTERVENTION AND USE OF THE PRODUCT
DESCRIBED IN THIS DOCUMENTATION WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY TERMS.

The manufacturer declares that the product described in this documentation is accompanied by the declaration
of conformity, drawn up by the battery manufacturer in accordance with the legislation in force in the European
territory..
N.B.: BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT IN ANY FORM, CHECK THAT THE DECLARATION OF
CONFORMITY IS PRESENT. IF THE PRODUCT IS TRANSFERRED TO A THIRD PARTY, THE NEW
OWNER MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION.

of conformity, drawn up by the battery manufacturer in accordance with the legislation in force in the United
Kingdom.
