Intended Use
The VAMP-X condensate pump is intended for use as condensate
removal unit and must be installed fully within enclosures of electric
heat pumps, air-conditioners indoor units and dehumidifiers. This
includes ceiling cassettes, underfloor convectors and wall-mounted
convectors. It is for indoor use only and it is not submersible.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and follow all safety instructions and installation instructions
carefully and read it completely before the job.
WARNING!
The symbol Warning! indicates a possible dangerous
situation that can lead to serious injury if not avoided.
Disconnect all electrical power before starting installation,
maintenance, or service work.
Follow local safety regulations and regional electrical codes
applicable to the area in which the condensate pump is
being used.
Installation only through appropriately trained personnel
with sufficient technical training and tools.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabili-
ties, or lack of experience and knowledge.
For indoor use only.
Power supply to the pump must be current limited to less
than 7A.
The installation cable must be checked for signs of damage
and if a cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the correct
part.
Do not allow any chemicals to come in contact with the
condensate pump.
