PURPOSE
The sprayer is designed for spraying agricultural and horticultural
chemicals for pest and weed control.
- spraying with organic plant protection products
- herbicide spraying
- spraying fruit trees with fungicides
- spraying with plant preparations
OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
NOTE: The sprayer must be assembled before use. Make sure that the
assembled components are not damaged and have no cracks or other
visible defects.
Make sure the switch fig. B15 is in the "I OFF" position and there is no
battery in the compartment fig. B14 before installation. There are no
liquids in the tank fig. A2.
Switch
1. To start the tool, push down the power switch fig. B15 in the "I ON"
position.
2. to stop the tool, press the power switch fig. B15 position "O OFF".
Assembly of the sprayer
The hose fig. A4 is permanently connected to the solution tank. To the
other end connect the handle with trigger Fig. A5, the method of
connection is illustrated in Fig. C6. To the handle, fig. C6, connect the
sprayer tube, fig. C1, as the last element, connect the nozzle, fig. C4. Fig.
C2 and fig. C3 show the ends of the tube for connecting the handle and
the sprayer nozzles.
Installation of washer nozzles
Depending on the spraying operation to be carried out, one of the three
nozzles included in the kit Fig. D1, D2, D3 can be installed. Make sure
they are installed correctly and there are no leaks. Tighten the nozzles
clockwise. Unscrew in the reverse direction.
Installation of the sprayer tube holder
The sprayer tube holder fig A6 makes it easy to store the kit and allows
you to have your hands free when transporting or moving the sprayer. The
clip is installed on the tube in the open slot of the clip, at a height that will
allow it to be hung in a way that will not disturb the user. The through hole
of the clip is used to suspend the lance from the mandrel on the tank as in
Fig. A6.
ATTENTION!
During
assembly,
components are tightened firmly. Ensure that there are gaskets
between them. Both conditions ensure that there is no leakage of
spray solution. In the event of leakage from the system, check that
the gaskets are in the correct condition and that the components are
tightened sufficiently.

To the rear of the tank there is a cushioning padding fig. A12 and a
carrying harness fig. A9. The padding is permanently attached, the braces
are adjustable in length. This helps to position the sprayer optimally on the
back. Ensure that the braces are correctly attached and secured to the
catches fig. A10.
Filling the tank
NOTE: The solution must be prepared in accordance with the
manufacturer's recommendations, for which purpose the preparation
instructions provided by the chemical manufacturer must be read carefully.
The solution to be filled in the tank must be prepared in advance to ensure
that it is properly dispersed (this applies to powdered or crystalline
chemicals).
ATTENTION: When filling the reservoir with liquid, use the filter fig. E1,
E2 located under the reservoir cover fig. A1. Contaminated or
inadequately prepared solutions will be retained in the filter. There are
markers on the walls of the reservoir fig. A8 indicating how full the
reservoir is.
There is an additional filter inside the tank Figure E3, which cleans the
solution before it is drawn through the pump.
Mixing the chemical
NOTE: Never use Kelthane water-dispersible powder (acaricide) as it
tends to harden under the heat generated by the pump during
operation, causing the pump to stop. Use suitable Kelthane
emulsion, Akar emulsion or Osadan water-dispersible powder as the
acaricide. NOTE: If using water dispersible powder or lime sulphur,
remember to dissolve well before use. NOTE: Take maximum care
when handling chemicals. If the chemical comes into contact with
the body, wash thoroughly.
NOTE: Chemicals are harmful. Always follow the instructions of the
chemical manufacturer when working with chemicals.
Spraying
Once the tank has been filled with the solution and the battery installed,
you can proceed. After starting the pump by pressing the button fig. B15
to the "ON I" position, wait a moment for the system to fill with solution.
Spraying will start when the button fig. D4 is pressed. Spraying continues
as long as the button fig. D4 is pressed. To enter continuous operation
press the button Fig. D4 and lock it by moving it towards the sprayer
nozzle. To unlock, push the button in the opposite direction. When work is
finished or when taking a break to fill the tank or rest, switch the pump off
using the button fig. B15 to the "OFF 0" position.
NOTE!
Check that the tank is loaded with chemical or clean water when operating
the sprayer, as continuing to operate the sprayer with an empty tank may
cause the pump to burn out. Prolonged operation of the sprayer with the
lever button closed can have a negative effect on the pump and can also
drain the battery. Remember to switch off the sprayer pump switch
whenever possible. If you are spraying and the pump suddenly squeaks,
this means that the chemical tank is empty, so switch off the sprayer switch
immediately. Do not spray with the battery cover open, as there is a risk of
damaging the electrical system. In addition, do not spray with the sprayer
nozzle pointing towards the tank or the operator.
NOTE: Refer to the table below for proportions that are useful when
diluting chemicals. Strictly apply and follow the proportions
recommended by the chemical manufacturer. CAUTION: Never
spray undiluted chemicals. CAUTION: When using powder
dispersed in water, etc., it must first be thoroughly dissolved in a
container such as a bucket.
