Troubleshooting and solutions

You may encounter issues during the use of your Excel rollator. The possible problems and their solutions are
described in the table below. If you experience problems with your Excel rollator that are not listed in the table, we
recommend contacting an authorised Excel Mobility dealer.
Problem
The rollator has play
The rollator creaks or rattles
The swivel wheels wobble
The rollator is difficult to move
The rollator steers slowly
The rollator veers to the left
The rollator veers to the right
1 Check that all bolts and nuts are securely fastened.
The rear wheels and/or swivel wheels may be misaligned.

Verify that both rear wheels and swivel wheels are installed in identical positions.
3 Check if the bearings need replacement.
4 The forks of the swivel wheels may be misaligned. Verify that these are adjusted correctly.
