User instructions
It is important to learn the correct and safest ways to use the rollator. Carefully study these user instructions and
familiarise yourself with all the features and components of the product. Always consult a professional for advice on
developing safe and appropriate usage methods that suit your physical abilities.
6.1
Balance
Everyday activities such as walking with or sitting on the rollator affect its balance. This is due to weight distribution
and the shifting of the centre of gravity. Follow the instructions below to prevent the rollator from tipping over or
creating other hazardous situations.
This user manual provides guidelines that must be followed when using the rollator. These instructions assume the
rollator is being used independently, without assistance. If you are no longer able to use the rollator independently,
we advise you to stop using it to avoid accidents.
6.1.1
Walking with your rollator
When walking with your rollator, keep the following points in mind:
Always maintain an upright posture. A hunched posture can negatively impact your back (see figures 4a and 4b).
To achieve the correct posture, adjust the push handles to the appropriate height. To determine this, let your arms
hang naturally by your sides. Adjust the push handles to align with your wrists (see figure 4c). Detailed instructions
for adjusting the push handles can be found in section 5.2.

6.1.2
Sitting
If you wish to sit on the rollator, for instance after a brisk walk, always engage the parking brake first. This prevents
the rollator from moving and allows you to sit safely. Instructions for engaging the parking brake can be found in
section 5.4.2.
