Identification

Your rollator is equipped with a frame label located on the cross frame (under the seat) of your rollator. The frame
label contains information about your rollator, such as the product name, manufacturer's name, the name of the
European authorised representative, Unique Device Identifier (UDI), and technical details of your rollator. Below is
an example of a frame label for illustration purposes. The frame label on your rollator may differ from the illustration.
The actual details will vary depending on the product. The information on your rollator's label corresponds to your
specific rollator.

1. Model name and description
The model name of your rollator begins with the Excel brand name. The brand name Excel, along with an additional
model description, forms the full model name of your rollator. When you have questions or need more information
about your rollator, it is important to have the additional model description on hand – in this case, the Excel
3-Motion. You will also find the intended use of your rollator here.

2. Production date

This indicates the date on which your rollator was manufactured.
3. Serial number
Each rollator has its own unique serial number. You will need this number if you have technical questions or wish to
