MEASURING EDGE HEIGHT
If your BEAM says "EDGES GOOD", your sharpener is aligned
and there's no need for adjustments, proceed to Step 9.
If your Sparx Sharpener is not properly aligned, the Sparx
BEAM and App will provide a recommendation to get your
sharpener aligned and skate edges even. Press the align button
on the keypad and insert the Adjustment Driver (A) into the
Adjustment Driver Slot (B) and adjust in the direction as
recommended in the app.

RESHARPEN CALIBRATION STEEL
Enter the amount of cycles recommended by the Sparx Hockey
app and resharpen the Calibration Steel.

DEBURR THE CALIBRATION STEEL
Repeat the deburring process to ensure your BEAM gives you a
proper reading.

RECHECK YOUR EDGES
Repeat steps 2-7, until you have achieved "EDGES GOOD" in the
Sparx Hockey app. Once you have an even reading, the Sparx
Sharpener is properly aligned.

ADUSTING MULTIPLE MACHINES
If you have multiple Sparx Sharpeners, after the Calibration
Steel has been sharpened from its new state and the
Calibration Steel was used to align one sharpener, align
additional sharpeners using 6 Finish Ring Cycles on the
Calibration Steel and repeat steps 2-5 (and 6-8 if necessary).
