ANPASSUNG
DER GELENKWELLE
Die
Gelenkwelle
Schleppern angepasst werden.
Die qenaue Länae Wird wie folqt festgestellt:
- Maschine
ohne
Schlepper
anbauen
- Gelenkwelle
auseinanderziehen
beiden Wellenhälften an den Schlepper und
die
Maschine
anbauen;
gegenteiligen Vergleich machen. (Bild 6)
- üerprüfen Sie, 0b beim max. Krühmung des
Dreipunkt-hebelwerks die Überdeckung der
Gelenkwellen min. 200 mm (b) beträgt und
0b bei Gehöbene
Gelenkwelle nicht auf Block sitzt (es
müssen mindest 50 mm überbleiben (a)
- bei eventueller
Kürzung
Schiebe- und Stützrohre um gleiches Mass
abgesägt werden
- entgraten
Sie
dann
entfernen
die
Späne
Gleitstellen
gut ein.

ADJUSTMENT
OF THE P.T.O.
The
P.T.O.
Shaft
according to the type of the tractor.
How to figure out the correct length:
- connect
the machine
- pull apart the P.T.O. Shaft and connect
part to the tractor separately, then comp
them between themselves (fig. 6)
-
test:
the
P.T.O.
covered
at least 200mm
Shaft is in the extreme position (b).
Make sure that the P.T,O, Shaft does not
touch the block when lifting and lowering
the machine
(there should be at least 50
mm of space left).
- in case of shortening the P.T.O. Shaft,
shorten both sliding and both protection
tubes
for the same
measure.
- file the end of the tube, remove the filings
and lubricate sliding spots.
Connect hydraulic hoses to the tractor (fig.7).
One connector is for one way
cylinders: (2 pcs. on frames and 1 pc. on tow
bar. (fig. 8) Lower (1), Neutral position (0)
and
Lift.
