OPT function

The OPT function serves to reduce the quantity of weight to be added for balancing a wheel.
Operator must be experienced.
1. Mount the wheel
2. Switch the machine on
3. Input values a (rim distance), b (rim width) and d (rim diameter)
(see chapter "Dynamic mode")

Keep first spoke to 9 o'clock position
Press key to confirm
Press key or till all indicators of
outside unbalance position SP1 position
lights up green
Add the counterweight on laser cutting line
Press key or till all indicators of
outside unbalance position SP2 position
lights up green
Add the counterweight on laser cutting line
Press key or till all indicators of
inside unbalance position S lights up green
Add the counterweight on laser cutting line
Check the result:
• Put down the hood. => measuring cycle
starts.
If 0 0 is displayed, the result is OK

If the result is not satisfactory, repeat the

balancing process
