1. Use the troubleshooting table to find a solution for the problem.
2. If you cannot find a solution for the problem, please contact the Inventum service department.

Possible cause
No power supply.
The power cord is not connected.
There is a power interruption.
The child lock is activated.
The power has been interrupted.
The door is not closed properly.
The selected microwave power is too low.
The portion of food is larger.
The food is cold.
Temperature, power or combined setting is
not available for the selected function.
The lamp is defective.
Possible solution
Check the fuse and replace if
necessary.
Check that the power cord is
connected to the socket correctly.
Check that the power in the kitchen
works.
Switch off the child lock. See section
Switching the child lock on and off.
Set the clock.
See section Setting the clock.
• Check if the door is blocked.
If so, remove the blockade.
• Fully close the door.
Select a higher microwave power.
See section Power settings for
microwave function.
Heating larger portions of food takes
more time. Select a longer cooking
time.
Stir the food while preparing.
Ensure you select a setting that is
available to the selected function.
Replace the lamp.
