CHANGING THE TEMPERATURE DURING PREPARATION
You can change the temperature at any moment.
1. Press the up/down button or move the slider to adjust the temperature. The temperature indicator shows the selected
temperature.
CHANGING THE POWER SETTING DURING PREPARATION
You can change the power setting at any moment.
1. Press the microwave button.
2. Press the up/down button or move the slider to adjust the power setting. The power indicator shows the selected power.
CHANGING THE COOKING TIME DURING PREPARATION
When using the oven function and combined function, you can change the cooking time at any moment, except when the
start delay function has been set.
1. Press the clock/temperature button.
2. Press the up/down button or move the slider to adjust the time.
STOPPING THE APPLIANCE TEMPORARILY
1. Press the start/pause button to stop the appliance temporarily.
2. Press the start/pause button once more to start the appliance again.
SWITCHING THE CHILD LOCK ON AND OFF
When the child lock is activated, you are unable to operate the touch keys.
Switching on the child lock
1. Press and hold the timer/child lock button for 3 seconds to switch on the child lock.
A sound signal can be heard and the display shows a lock.
Switching off the child lock
1. Press and hold the timer/child lock button for 3 seconds to switch off the child lock.
A sound signal can be heard and the display no longer shows a lock.
STOPPING THE APPLIANCE
1. Press the start/pause button to stop the appliance.
Note:
When choosing a cooking function, the cancel button can also be used to cancel the function at any moment.

CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
Warning:
Before cleaning the appliance, check that it is switched off and cooled down.
Do not clean the appliance with a high-pressure cleaner or steam cleaner.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp scrapers.
1. Clean the interior of the appliance after each use. Use a damp cloth.
Note:
You can remove the guide racks to make cleaning the interior easier. See section Removing the guide racks.
2. In case of serious contamination, clean the interior of the appliance with warm water and a mild cleaning agent.
After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the interior and wipe dry.
3. Clean the accessories. Use warm water and a mild cleaning agent. Dry the accessories after cleaning.
4. Clean the exterior of the appliance. Use a damp cloth or sponge.
5. In case of serious contamination, clean the exterior of the appliance with and a mild cleaning agent.
6. If necessary, you can remove unpleasant smells from the appliance.
a. Place a cup of water with a few drops of lemon in the appliance. Also place a (plastic) spoon in the cup to prevent
delayed explosive boiling.
b. Allow the microwave function to work for 1 to 2 minutes at the highest power setting. See section Using the microwave
function.
