SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
• Safety during use can only be guaranteed when installation has been performed correctly and in accordance with
instructions. The installer is liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
• Have the electrical installation performed by a qualified electrician. The electrician must comply with national and local
regulations.
• The appliance falls under protection class I and may only be used in combination with an earthed connection.
• Connect the appliance in accordance with the installation instruction to a fixed installation with in-built switch-off
provisions.
• During installation make sure the power cord does not get crushed and does not run along sharp edges. Place the power
cord in such a way that it does not make contact with hot components of the appliance.
• The connection point, socket and/or plug must always be accessible.
• The kitchen furniture in which the appliance will be installed should at least be resistant to a temperature of 90°C.
This also applies to the doors and fronts of the furniture.
• Check that the kitchen furniture in which the appliance will be installed is firmly fastened, e.g. by fastening the furniture
to adjacent elements.
• In case of incorrect installation or connection, the warranty becomes void.
• Changes to the appliance, replacement of the power cord included, should be performed by a certified installer.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation and fresh air around the appliance.
REMOVING THE PACKAGING
1. Remove the packaging.
2. Check the appliance for damage.
3. Check that the voltage is identical to what is stated on the rating plate.

Note:
Ensure the kitchen furniture is prepared for the dimensions of the appliance.
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
Pre-requirements.
• Ensure the kitchen furniture is prepared in accordance with the correct dimensions.
Warning:
Installing the appliance requires two persons.
Careful:
During installation make sure the power cord does not get crushed and is not placed on top of the appliance.
Careful:
Do not cover the openings between the kitchen furniture and the top side of the appliance. The openings are
required for ventilation.
Note:
It is possible to connect the appliance to the power supply before it is placed.
