Functions

The BT960 battery system tester utilizes the most advanced
conductance testing technology available in the world today. It
can conveniently, quickly, and accurately measure the actual cold
cranking current capacity of automotive starting batteries, assess
the health status of the battery itself, and rapidly detect common
faults in the automotive starting and charging systems. This
functionality aids maintenance personnel in quickly and accurate-
ly determining the location of automotive faults, facilitating faster
vehicle repairs.
Any other use is considered beyond the intended purpose of the
equipment and is prohibited.
● The main functions of the BT960 battery system tester include:
lead-acid testing, lithium battery testing, startup testing,
charging testing, load testing, voltage measurement, current
measurement, and other additional functions.
● It tests automotive starting lead-acid batteries, including
conventional lead-acid batteries, AGM flat batteries, AGM
spiral batteries, EFB flooded batteries, and GLE gel batteries.

It can directly detect batteries with poor performance.
● It features polarity reverse connection protection, ensuring that
reverse connection will not damage the tester or affect the
vehicle and battery.
● It can directly test whether the battery is disconnected, without
the need for charging before the test.
● The testing standards include most of the current battery
standards worldwide: CCA, JIS, DIN, IEC, EN, and GB.

Quickly test the cold cranking current, internal resistance,
battery life, and remaining capacity of 12V/24V automotive
batteries to determine whether the battery needs to be
replaced.

Detect the 12V/24V automotive starting and charging systems;
the generator's power supply capability can be tested through
voltage load testing, and the test results can be printed.
