The product is suitable for home patients and practices.
The Instructions for Use must be studied thoroughly before using the device. The device may only be used by
persons who have been instructed in its use.
Patients under the age of 18 or patients with impaired mental or physical condition will only be treated under the
supervision of another qualified person.
Patients under 6 years of age may only be treated under the supervision of another qualified person.
Application / measuring in pregnant or breastfeeding women should only be carried out in accordance with the
physician's precise instructions
2.3.1 User responsibility
The device may only be operated /used under the operating conditions specified by the manufacturer.
The user may only use the device in the language in which the Instruction for Use is provided.
Note the following when entering parameters:
- The parameters entered must be verified by the user, i.e. the user must check the correctness of the values
entered.
The user and/or patient must report all serious incidents related to this device to the manufacturer and/or the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.
The user does not need any specific qualification, but must follow the requirements for the intended use of the
device, depending on the manufacturer's specifications, in these Instruction for Use
The device may only be used by persons who have been instructed in its use.
2.4 Important instructions for use and safety
2.4.1 General handling of the device
Note
Precondition for the intended use of the device is the exact knowledge and observance of this
Instruction for Use.
Note
The device must be installed in a well-ventilated, dry, cool and dust-free room.
Note
The information on the identification plate and the instructions on the labels must be observed.
Hinweis
If the device has been stored at temperatures below 14 °C, it should be allowed to adjust to room
temperature for approx. 60 minutes, otherwise malfunctions may occur.
Note
Keep the device free from oil and grease.
