Stepper Motor Issues (X/Y/Z Axis)
Issue: Stepper not moving or making noise when zeroed.
Solution:
Check for loose stepper cable connections.
Verify that the corresponding limit switch triggers properly. Ensure no interference
in the corresponding shaft's movement and check for loose limit switch wires.
Nozzle Kit Extrusion Anomaly
Issue: Nozzle kit extrusion issues.
Solution:
Check for loose extruder stepper cable.
Confirm that the set screw of the extruder gear is securely locked to the motor
shaft.
Ensure adequate heat dissipation for the nozzle kit; verify proper functioning of the
cooling fan.
For clogged nozzles, heat the nozzle to 230°C, manually squeeze filaments, or use
a fine needle to unclog while warming up.
Model Adhesion and Warping
Issue: Model does not stick to the platform or warps.
Solution:
Check the first layer printing; if the nozzle-to-platform distance is over 0.2mm,
adjust accordingly.
Set up build platform attachment in Cura, selecting type as [Brim] to enhance
attachment surface and prevent warping.
Model Misalignment
Issue: Model misalignment.
Solution:
Reduce travel and print speed if too fast.
Check belt tension for X/Y axis; ensure the synchronizer pulley is securely tight.
Increase drive current if it is too low.
