Display Screen Operation Introduction
Auxiliary Cooling Module Instructions
Users can adjust the air outlet status of the rear cooling fan during the printing
process by clicking the fan icon.
The fan offers three modes: silent, normal, and sport. Please adjust the fan
mode according to the printing situation, as illustrated in the picture below.
Print Mode Introduction
During the printing process, users can modify the printing mode by selecting the
speed icon. The three modes correspond to different speed values, acceleration
values, drive mute thresholds, and percentages of fan speed settings during
printing.
Auto-Levelling Procedure
During the first operation of the machine, it is essential to calibrate the distance between
the platform and the nozzle in levelling mode. This calibration should be approximately the
thickness of a piece of A4 paper.
Caution: The levelling sensor specifically detects the metal platform plate. Substituting
the glass platform for levelling will not result in proper detection, potentially causing the
nozzle to press against the platform. Exercise caution in this regard.
Power on the printer and select [Level].
Each axis of the printer automatically returns to the home position. On the levelling
page, place an A4 paper between the nozzle and the platform. Click the
compensation value to adjust the distance between the nozzle and the platform.
Push and pull the A4 paper; when friction is generated, center point calibration is
completed. Click on the auxiliary levelling icon. Calibrate the 6 points of the
platform with the A4 paper by hand-twisting nuts. Push and pull the A4 paper;
when the paper can be pulled out but not pushed in, auxiliary levelling is
completed.
After auxiliary levelling, enter automatic levelling for automatic calibration.
The machine enters the heating state: the nozzle is heated to 140°C, the hot bed is
60°C. (Set the hot bed temperature according to consumable requirements for
accurate levelling.)
After reaching the preset temperature, start the 121-point automatic calibration.
After levelling is completed, set Z-axis compensation: place an A4 paper between
the nozzle and the printing platform.
Click the compensation value and push and pull the A4 paper to complete
compensation and levelling when friction is generated.
Click the save icon to save.
