Resume Printing Function
Power Loss Recovery
In the event of a sudden power outage or accidental power-off, the printer's power
loss recovery function allows you to continue printing without manual setup. Simply
reconnect the printer to the power supply, turn it on, and click "resume" to
continue.
Note: The PEI platform exhibits better adhesion when heated. If the power has been off
for an extended period, the model may dislodge easily, and the resume printing function
may not complete successfully.
Filament Detection
The filament detection function serves as a reminder to replace filaments before
continuing printing when the model is only partially printed. This effectively
prevents the model from being compromised due to insufficient consumables.
Software Installation
Our slicing software is a modified version of the Cura open-source slicing software.
This modification ensures a better match with our company's printers, catering to
the specific needs of our customers.
Tip: We recommend copying the entire contents of the included USB Drive to your local
computer for convenient access to all files.
Software Installation Steps
Open the provided USB drive and navigate to the path: \ Software and Software
Drivers folder \ ELEGOO Software foyer.
Double-click the ELEGOO-Cura application for installation.
Follow the prompts in the installation process to proceed to the next step.
Finally, select the corresponding model from our company as indicated below to
complete the settings.
Additional Software Usage
Tips:
Utilize the middle mouse wheel for zooming in and out. Hold down the middle
mouse wheel to reposition the platform on the screen.
Hold down the right mouse button while moving your mouse to pivot around your
model's viewpoint.
Click the right mouse button to access a pop-up selection options menu.
