13 Pull the crossbeam including cables and wire ropes close to the runways. Important: Make
sure there is a clearance between crossbeam and rollers.
14 a: Use two lashing straps to pull the crossbeam upward so that it contacts the runways.
Fasten the crossbeam to the runways using two screws.
b: Important: The rigid runway (with hydraulic cylinder) must be fastened using the outermost
drill holes, i.e. the holes closest to the columns. The movable runway can be installed in
three different positions (see operating instructions).
15 Remove the lashing straps and insert the remaining screws, but do not tighten yet. Pay
attention to cables and wire ropes. Tighten the screws when all 8 of them at both
crossbeams have been positioned in their respective drill holes.
16 Route the rope switch cables S11 + S12 + S13 + S14 into the movable runway.
17 Install the rollers and shims. Pay attention to rope guides.
