Please check the following before calling for service:
1. When the door is opened, does the oven lamp light? YES NO ___
NOTE: After the MAIN POWER OFF key is pressed, the oven lamp will not light even when the door
is opened.
2. Place one cup of water in the oven and close the door securely. Oven lamp should go off if door is
closed properly. Programme the oven for two minutes on Ml, (FULL POWER).

B. Does the cooling fan work? YES NO
(Check this by putting your hand over the ventilation openings.)
C. Does the turntable rotate? YES. NO
NOTE: The turntable rotates clockwise or counterclockwise.
D. After two minutes, does an audible signal sound and cook indicator go off? YES_.. NO ____
E. Is the water inside the oven hot? YES__ NO __
3. Take the cup out of the oven.
Correctly set the ceramic skewer support and the skewer (with the prongs) (see page GB-5) and close
door securely. Programme the oven for three minutes on 180°C.

C. Does the rotisserie rotate? . YES ____. NO ___
NOTE: The skewer rotates either forward or backward.
Turntable stops during ROTISSERIE cooking.
D. Is the inside of the oven hot after three minutes? YES ____- NO ___
4. Programme the oven on GRILL with ROTISSERIE ON for three minutes.

A. At the end of 3 minutes, does the GRILL heating element become red? YES __ NO ___
After testing the operation of the ROTISSERIE, remove the skewer (with the prongs) and the ceramic
skewer support from the oven.
If '"NO" is the answer to any of the above questions, call your dealer or an authorized SHARP Service
Agent and report the results of your check.
