TO PLACE FOOD:
|
|
|

|
1. Attach the ceramic skewer support (A) to the
'hooks (C) on the left side of the oven wall.
2. Insert the skewer (D) into the food and position
the food in the centre of the skewer. Slide the
prongs (E) from both sides and fasten the
screws (F) on both prongs tightly.
3. Insert the end of the skewer (G) into the rotis-
serie drive socket on the right side of the oven
wall. Push it to the right, rotating the skewer
slightly until the skewer fits into the rotisserie
drive socket.
TO REMOVE SKEWER:
J Handle
'1. Using the two handles, place the handles (J)
onto the skewer (1). Lift the left hand side of the
skewer up slightly, then remove, pulling from
the left hand side first.
2. To remove the skewer from the food, hook the
handle (K) over the skewer end (I) and remove
the skewer whilst holding the food with a meat
fork.
All the surfaces of the food will become an even brown, turning over
is not necessary.
4. Support the other end of the skewer (H) on the
hollow of the ceramic skewer support (B).
NOTE: When using rotisserie system make sure
that the food which is set on the skewer
does not touch the turntable. If the food
touches the turntable, the food with skew-
er could come off the ceramic skewer
support.
NOTE:
THE WALLS OF THE CAVITY MAY GET HOT, WE
WOULD ADVISE THE USE OF OVEN GLOVES
WHEN REMOVING THE SKEWER.
THE CERAMIC SKEWER SUPPORT IS FOR ROTIS-
SERIE COOKING ONLY.
AFTER ROTISSERIE COOKING IS FINISHED, RE-
MOVE THE CERAMIC SKEWER SUPPORT AND
STORE WITH OTHER ACCESSORIES.
