8.3 Decommissioning
If the COSMO CFWME is decommissioned for a prolonged period, the power supply must be
disconnected.
For final decommissioning of the COSMO CFWME the power supply for all of the corresponding
system components must be disconnected; all of the relevant pipes and components must be
completely drained.
The decommissioning, dismantling and disposal processes should only be conducted by
qualified, specialist personnel. Components and materials must be disposed of in accordance
with the current applicable regulations.
