WARNING! For a functioning of the device it is strictly necessary that the firmware version of the Ipercom
system is 2.0.0 or higher. The firmware version update of the Ipercom system is available on the Urmet
website in the Download/Software section.
1. FEATURES
The device Ref. 1060/86 is a proxy key reader with Mifare Plus technology, for Ipercom.
The reading head is used to operate an electrical lock when:
• A Urmet Ref. 1125/54 or /53 or /52 proximity key is approached to the frontal part.
• The hall opening button (PA) is pressed.
The device may be powered by the PoE switch (Sch. 1039/44).
2. INSTALLATION
The following is needed to install the device:
• Connect the Ethernet POE RJ45 port to the POE switch (ref. 1039/44).
• Connect the SE+ and SE- terminals to an electric lock.
• Connect the PA terminals to the hall button to activate the electric lock.
• Connect the SP terminals to the open door sensor (optional).
To install a tamper (normally closed), cut the wire and make the connection as shown below.
If the SP terminals are used, remove the jumper.
