Cleaning and maintenance by qualified persons

Maintenance work that is not listed in Chapters 4.2 - 4.3 may only be carried out by the
ROWI Service Center (see Chapter 5). In the case of maintenance work within the first 24
months that has not been carried out by persons or companies authorized by ROWI, all
warranty claims shall become null and void.
5.

Warranty

5.1

Scope

ROWI grants the owner of this product a warranty of 24 months from the
date of purchase. Material or production defects shall be rectified free of charge by the
ROWI Service Center within this period.
Defects that are not due to material or production faults are excluded from the warranty,
e. g.
P Transport damage of any kind
P Faults due to incorrect installation
P Faults due to improper use
P Faults due to incorrect handling
P Faults due to improperly performed repairs or attempts at repair by persons and/or
companies not authorized by ROWI
P Normal wear resulting from operation
P Cleaning of components
P Adaptation to different national, technical or safety-relevant requirements, if the product
is not used in the country for which it has been technically designed and manufactured.
Moreover, we cannot accept any warranty for appliances whose serial number is
falsified, altered or removed. A warranty claim shall also expire if parts are integra-
ted in the appliance, which are not approved by ROWI GmbH.
Claims extending beyond the free fault rectification, e.g. damage compensation claims,
are not covered by the scope of the warranty.
5.2

Processing

If problems occur during operation of your ROWI product, please proceed as follows:
1. Read the instructions for use
Most malfunctions are caused by incorrect operation. Therefore first consult the instruc-
tions for use in the event of a malfunction. Chapter 4.3 contains corresponding informa-
tion on troubleshooting.
