Possible cause / remedies
Check that the appliance is correctly positioned on the
base with cable winder (5) and that the mains plug is
connected to a functioning socket.
In that case, please contact the manufacturer immediately.
Check whether the plug is inserted correctly. If the problem
persists, contact the manufacturer, as this could indicate a
problem with the thermostat or the power supply.
This is often caused by limescale deposits. Descale the
appliance according to the instructions in the "Cleaning"
section. If the noises persist, contact the manufacturer, as this
could indicate a problem with the heating element.
This is usually caused by limescale deposits. In case of
hard water or after prolonged use, limescale builds up
inside the water tank. We recommend discarding the
remaining water after each boiling process. Otherwise,
descale the water tank as described under "Descaling" in
the "Cleaning" section.
This could indicate defective internal components. Have
the appliance checked by a specialist or contact the
manufacturer.
