OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Initial Checks

-Before proceeding with the start-up of the
machine, we suggest to check the following:
-The wash tank filters are clean and properly
positioned.
-The wash arms are fastened at the right place
and rotate freely.
-The ends of the detergent & rinse aid tubes
are placed inside the appropriate chemical
containers containing adequate chemical sup-
ply.
-Wash performance can be effected by various
environmental variables.
-Incoming water temperature can affect the
wash cycle duration as the machine need more
or less time to heat the water to the required
temperature.

Please familiarise yourself with the controls of your machine prior to switching on the power.

-Water hardness is a problem in some areas.
In areas of hard water supply we recommend
that a water softener is connected. Problems
caused by excessive water hardness may not
be covered by your warranty.
-To achieve best performance it is recom-
mended that large food scraps be removed
prior to loading the machine.
-Ensure that the incoming water pressure is
within 2-4 bar.
If the pressure exceeds 4 bar we recommend
that the pressure reducing valve supplied is fit-
ted to the inlet hose / solenoid.
