Before placing a service
please check the following troubleshooting
tips.
Please note that if a problem attended to
under warranty is found to be caused by
incompetent installation and/or not follow-
ing the instructions in this manual then the
call may be chargeable at our standard
rate.
Machine does not fill
Machine does not start
Machine does not rinse
-Check the water supply is turned on.
-Check the water inlet hose is not trapped or
kinked.
-Check the machine is switched on.
-Drain the machine fully as per the instruc-
tions in this manual then try again to fill the
machine.
Machine fills slowly
-Check the water supply tap is fully open.
-Check the water supply pressure is above 2
bar. If not, a booster pump should be installed.
-Check & clean the rinse jets.
-Ensure the water supply hose is not trapped
or kinked.
-Check that the pressure reducing valve has
not been fitted and remove if necessary.
Machine not heating
-Drain the machine fully and refill.
-A cold water supply will take longer to heat
than hot water supply.
-Check that the wash chamber is full of water.
Machine not draining
-Check and clean all filters in the machine.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Poor wash performance
-Check detergent and rinse aid levels replenish
if necessary.
-Check & clean the rinse jets.
-Check the filters are filled correctly and clean.
-Check the water supply is fully open.
-To improve performance rinse dishes of any
food debris before placing in the machine.
-Check for the water hardness – a water sof-
tener may be required.
-If a water softener is fitted then replenish the
crystals in the softener as per the instructions
supplied with the softener.
Overfilling
-Drain the machine fully then try again to fill
the machine.
-Check that all the filters are clean and fitted
correctly.
-Check that the stand pipe / drain height is cor-
rect as per the installation instructions at the
beginning of this manual.
-If the machine continues to overfill than iso-
late from the mains water and electricity prior
to placing a call.
Machine will not switch on
-On a 13amp machine check and replace the
fuse in the plug ensuring that the replacement
fuse is of the correct rating.
Check that the socket is functioning using a
"known good" appliance.
-For other amperage machines check and reset
the circuit breaker on the If the breaker contin-

Machine will not switch off
-Isolate at the mains and call a service techni-
