Machine start-up and initial fill
-Ensure that the electrical supply to the machine
is ON.
-Close the machine door.
-Press the ON/OFF button to turn the machine
ON.
-The GREEN indicator will light.
-The machine will automatically fill to required
water level. When this level is reached the wa-
ter in the rinse booster tank & wash tank will be
heated to the thermostat set point.
Washing
1. ECO 400 / 500
-Open the machine door, slide rack along rack
guides until it is fully inside the machine and
then close the machine door.
-Press and hold START CYCLE button, until
the ORANGE cycle light turns on.
-The machine will automatically run through
the wash and rinse cycles.
On completion the ORANGE cycle light will
turn off.
-Open the door and remove the rack.
-Periodically inspect the wash tank filters and
wash / rinse jets to ensure that they are not
blocked with food debris which can reduce the
pump efficiency and cause poor cleaning re-
sults.
-It is recommended that the wash tank is emp-
tied and cleaned at the end of each shift, at the
very least once a day and depending on the con-
dition of the pans, plates, glasses ect maybe
more.

2. ECO 1000
Open the machine hood, slide rack along rack
guides until its fully inside the machine. Choose
the length of the cycle with button (3). When
the button is pressed in, you will have a short
cycle (1.5 minutes). This cycle is for dishes
with a low waste level. In the other position of
the button you will have the long cycle (3 minu-
tes).
Close the hood; the wash program starts auto-
matically and is running through. After the
cycle has finished, the orange cycle light (5)
will go out. Open the hood and remove the rack.
Periodically inspect the wash tank filters and
wash / rinse jets to ensure that they are not blo-
cked with food debris which can reduce the
pump efficiency and cause poor cleaning re-
sults.
It is recommended that the wash tank is emptied
and cleaned at the end of each shift, at the very
last once a day and depending on the condition
of the pans, plates, glasses etc. maybe more.

Draining
Gravity Waste Machines
To Drain the tank
-Turn machine the OFF.
-The green power light will turn off.
-Open the door and remove the overflow to
drain the water from the wash tank.
-After the water has been drained from the wash
tank, replace the drain stopper and close the ma-
chine door.
Models Fitted With Drain Pump
All these models are protected by a drain filter.
The water level is controlled automatically and
the drain pump will start and stop independently
during the cycle.
To Drain the tank
-Switch the machine OFF with the
ON / OFF button.
-Open the door.
-Press and hold the DRAIN BUTTON until the
tank is empty.
Rinse Aid
-On installation prime the rinse aid pump as de-
scribed on page 31 of this manual.
-It is essential that the chemical bottles are not
allowed to run dry and that the feed tubes are
kept beneath the liquid level in each bottle.
-Optimum washing performance will not be
achieved when using the machine without
chemicals.
-If the rinse aid system is allowed to run empty
for a number of cycles it may be necessary to re
-prime the machine.
