Comb attachments (
• Remove the comb attachment. Rinse the
comb attachment with water and let it
dry before using it again.
Trimmer attachment
NOTE: put a few drops of acid-free oil on
the cutting blade from time to time (as an al-
ternative to the oil 14 supplied, use e.g.
sewing machine oil). Attach the trimmer at-
tachment 4 to the hair and beard trimmer 5
and let it run for a few seconds without using
it. Using a soft cloth, wipe off the surplus oil,
if necessary.
1. Switch off the device.
2. Figure A: press with your thumb
against the exposed edge of the trim-
mer attachment 4.
3. Remove the trimmer attachment.
4. Clean the cutting blade using the sup-
plied cleaning brush 15.
5. Figure B: place the rear end of the
trimmer attachment 4 on the lower end
of the device's head section.
6. Push the upper part of the trimmer at-
tachment towards the device until it
clicks into place.
8. Storage
• When no longer using the device, store
it in a place where neither high temper-
atures nor moisture can affect it.
• Charge the battery before storing the
hair and beard trimmer 5 away for an
extended period of time. Note that stor-
ing the battery for too long without reg-
ularly recharging it can reduce the
battery capacity. Avoid a deep dis-
charge of the battery.
