6 - MARKING AND IDENTIFICATION

The hose reels without hose are supplied with the unloaded
spring. The equipment includes: 1 hose stopper, 1 clamp, 1
fitting Ф 8mm, 1 fitting Ф 10 mm.
Use a hose in conformity to the "EN 3821" (BS EN ISO
3821:2019) rule with dimension characteristics suitable for use
according to the hose reel model.
7.2
7.1) Fix the hose reel to the bench.Put the hose between the
guide rollers, connect it to the drum with fitting and clamp
supplied.
7.2) Rotate manually the drum in order to rewind completely
the hose.
7.3) Spring Preload: hold the hose-end and rotate the drum 9
turns in the opposite direction to pre-load the spring.
During preloading do not release the hose.
7.3
A violent inversion of the rotation could cause dama-
ge to operators and to the spring of the hose reel ma-
king the product unusable. Insert again the hose-end
between the guide rollers.
7.4) Put the hose rubber stopper at the desired length.
Unwind the hose and rewind it completely, to check if the
hose reel works properly.

OTHER THING INSIDE THE DRUM!

tached a tag with curing adhesive
system on which, in addition to
the name of the manufacturer and

necessary information for good
identification of the machine are

construction, weight, etc.).
